D&W Fresh Market and Family Fare Cash Programs
Your groups Cash for Class code is 96040.
Constantine Middle School is again participating in both the D&W Fresh Market and Family Fare Cash for Class program to earn money for our school. Beginning September 23, 2012, it is being updated to a more robust and easier program that ties directly to your D&W Fresh Market/Family Fare "yes" card.
As a reminder, you need to update your "yes" card each year. Last year's groups have been removed from all cards.
During the weeks of September 23-29, 2012, October 21-27 and November 18-24, 2012, purchases you make with your "yes" card will automatically be credited to our school account. You must link your card to our school code. At the end of the school year and after all 6 event weeks are finished, our school will receive a rebate check based on a percentage of all of our member's purchases.
As a "yes" cardholder, you need to go to
www.myyesrewards.com to link your card to our school. You have to link your card each school year.
The Cash for Class program does not interfere with your "yes" card points earned or points exchanged. You will continue to get ad savings and points and it will not cost you any money to participate and help your group.
Don't forget to link your "yes" card to your group and help raise additional dollars.
