capital   WASHINGTON DC TRIP 2012
 
The 7th and 8th Grade students will have a chance to visit Washington DC in May 2012.  This page is for information pertaining to that trip; meetings, form and payment due dates, and more.
 
Leaving CMS on Friday, May 11 at 9 am (students and luggage needs to be here by 8 am).  We will return on Tuesday, May 15 around 6:45am.  Your student will be expected to STAY IN SCHOOL unless you sign them out in the office. - More details on this will follow!! 
 
Please email Mr. Eby or Mrs. Gormley if you have any questions about this trip.  We aren't putting specific dates and agendas online for safety purposes.  We are happy to send them home with your student or email them to you.  We hope you understand.

at the High School LGI starting at 6:30 PM
This will include a slideshow of where the kids are going and what they will be seeing.

Payment Information: Checks payable to Constantine Schools and should be paid at the Middle School OfficeYou will get a receipt.PLEASE KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!   
 
Payment 1 - (Non-Refundable) $200 is Due by November 15th. This will hold your seat.
Payment 2 - $200  Due by February 1
Payment 3  - Balance Due Due by March 15
   - Candy Sales and Other fundraisers will be deducted before this payment
 
Chaperones: If you want to room with certain people, please let us know, we will do everything we can to make it happen
* Fingerprinting REQUIRED:  You will need to fill out this form and take it to a local police agency.  There is a $69 Fee that YOU will have to pay.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is to keep YOUR KIDS safe...
