What do I need to bring with me to Kindergarten Round Up/Discovery Days for all ages?

• Certified Birth Certificate

• Immunizations

• Proof of Residency – Examples: Utility bill / phone bill / tax form all need your name and address.
  

• Proof of Vision/Hearing screening
